East Crew Heads Back to Central Florida For Dizzy Dean Tournament - Tampa, FL

The Baseball Youth Road Trip traveled to St. Petersburg, Fla., for the Dizzy Dean St. Petersburg Tournament. The crew members enjoyed the trip from Miramar to St. Petersburg and were excited to bring the road trip there.  Although it had been raining for a few days, luckily the bad weather held off on Saturday for the tournament.

The "Player of the Year" booth was swamped with parents eager to put in their nominations. The players were excited about the possiblility of getting presented with a trophy on the MLB Network. The MLBPA booth was also packed with little leaguers excited about spinning the wheel to win Upper Deck and Topps baseball cards, Lousiville Slugger posters, and MLB pencils, among many other prizes.

The players were interested in finding their favorite team's baseball hat at the New Era booth, and the kids had fun trying on as many hats as they could. There were also tons of questions about where to find the hats in stores!
