The Baseball Youth Road Trip with Major League Baseball Players Association started in 2006 as a two-man, two-tent operation as a way to keep kids collecting baseball cards. Today, the FANFEST boasts numerous national sponsors, six tours and over 50 seasonal staff members. The Baseball Youth Road Trip operates from May-September with over 360 stops across the country and then focuses on the warmer southern states in the fall and winter months from October-January. Our FANFEST crews interact face-to-face with youth baseball players, parents, coaches and siblings to promote our sponsors through games, giveaways, contests, product samples, equipment demos, merchandise sales and much more. Each tour visits the biggest youth baseball tournaments and World Series events to maximize exposure for Baseball Youth Magazine and each national sponsor.
The Baseball Youth Road Trip has six individual tours on the road at the same time. If you know of a large tournament in your area that you feel the Baseball Youth Road Trip should attend in 2012, we want to hear from you.
