
The 2012 Little League World Series kicks off Aug. 16 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and the 11-day tournament schedule is set. The Japan and Caribbean representatives will play the first game at 1 p.m. on ESPN.
On the United States side of the bracket, the West and New England regional champions kick off play at 3 p.m. on ESPN 2. Their game will be played at Lamade Stadium while Volunteer Stadium hosts the first International bracket game.
Both the United States and International Championships are scheduled for Aug. 25, with the International teams playing first at 12:30 p.m. followed by the United States squads at 3:30 p.m. The Little League Baseball World Series Championship Game is scheduled for Aug. 26 at 3 p.m. ABC has the coverage of all three games.
Every game of the 2012 Little League World Series is being televised on the ESPN/ABC family of networks. Fans can also watch LLWS games on ESPN3.com when they are away from the television.
