Age: 14

Travel Team: Bison Outlaws

Positions: P/2B/SS

The past two years have been huge for Justin – competing with Big League Edge’s USA National Team in the Latin American Baseball Classic, earning a Baseball Youth Future Games MVP along with invites to both Game Day USA’s Disney Team and a Baseball Youth Elite. Thanks to years of hard work – batting practice six days a week, private infield lessons, along with team practices – Justin has rounded out his game and was crucial to the Baseball Youth Elite 14U team’s success at Sports Force Park’s Roller Coaster Challenge in April. The 14-year-old is also succeeding on and off the field, working hard in the classroom to be a Straight-A student. In all aspects of his life, he is – as his coaches Kyle Cornett and Mike Davis, say – a “stud”.

Baseball Rebellion’s JK Whited breaks down the swing of Baseball Youth Player to Watch Justin Gorski. Justin does an awesome job of loading and staying consistent before his stride. He also does a full turn and finishes his swing, something that is challenging for a lot of youth players. Check back weekly for more Baseball Youth swing breakdowns!
